Flamekeeper is employee offboarding and knowledge transfer software that helps companies retain critical knowledge before employees leave. It uses AI-guided interviews with departing employees, managers, and colleagues to capture tacit and institutional knowledge, uncover gaps and continuity risks, and turn what people know into practical handover documents. Flamekeeper works alongside existing HR systems and knowledge bases, with integrations for Personio, HiBob, and Workday, and exports to formats teams can keep using.
